Hello,I am developing an app for the ticket_sidebar. Are we able to control the vertical height of the app's panel? By default my app opens to a fairly small area. This forces the user to do a lot of scrolling.I tried using client.instance.resize({height:"500px"});, but it didn’t workIs resizing the ticket_sidebar app in freshchat is possible or not, if yes then how do we proceed with it?Thanks,

FreshChat and FreshCaller

Hi.. Can we use the same whatsapp number (for integration) both in FreshChat as well as FreshCaller?If yes, then :1. What are the possible limitations ? for example, challenges with incoming and outgoing calls ? If not, then:1. Will we keep receiving calls and make calls on the same as we continue one number for both freshchat and freshcaller?2. How does this change the experience for an agent as well as for customers? Will they face any problem while calling or chatting on the same number?

We are self-implementing the FreshChat for one of our project teams, we have completed the bot design however, tasked to perform UAT without a demo number in place. May I know if there is a way to still carry out the UAT without having a demo number in place? Is it possible to integrate one number for testing and then dis-integrate it after successful UAT. Will we be able to integrate original numbers later on and go live or will there be additional steps to cover that I should be aware of?

Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'success') while trying to integrate web-widget

Hello.I encountered a problem when integrating a web widget into my Next.js application.I added the script to the top of the page, but when I try to load it I get an error:fd-messaging.61110ffdb17f21cb83e2.js:1 Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'success')Which refers to the internal code of the widget. Please tell me what could be the reason for the error?

Bug? Icons appear as weird symbols on web

Hey, I’m having a problem with displaying icons as correct content. When I inspect the icons it appears as this in CSS file: .icon-ic_close:before { . content: "ï„‰"; } Instead of this:.icon-ic_close:before { content: ""; } I’ve read that this might be an @charset “UTF-8” issue, but from our side, the UTF-8 is set.Any ideas would be appreciated

Can integrate Freshchat with Custom software developed by other organizations?

Hi All,I am new to Freshworks. As we are tried to use Freshchat we could not find proper solution to integrate with our software. We explained our requirements with Freshworks customer support team. Still, we have not received any response from them. Might be difficult to understand them (as they are supporting people). Our need is to integrate with other software data:Assume there is some other applications have large amount of data. (For ex: NSE - stock market API) We have an application (hub) to configure multiple details to connect/fetch NSE data with proper credentials. Periodically, we are sending (WhatsApp) notifications to our (registered into hub) customers by TEXT, IMAGE, PDF, etc., using NSE data Here we are using our customer’s Facebook Business account credentials to send notifications by WhatsApp. We are receiving multiple requests from customer(brokerage agencies) who are not having/ not ready to register with Facebook business account. Announcements - Ability to copy and schedule recurring announcements

Can we copy an existing Announcement to reuse?If not, it would be a great idea to be able to reuse announcements. This would save lot of time in drafting a new announcement.Additionally, it would be wonderful recurring regular announcements can be scheduled as recurring. E.g. Monthly system update notification sent few days before the fixed monthly announcement schedule.

How to respond directly to SENDER e-mail address in Fresh Chat?

I am new to Fresh Chat. Evaluating the product in a trial period. I have one of our company e-mail addressed integrated into Fresh Chat -- forwarder setup per instructions. However, I notice when receiving those messages in Fresh Chat that the FROM e-mail address that is coming into Fresh Chat is our e-mail address and not the e-mail address of the actual sender. I see same behavior when someone submits a request on our website with our Gravity Form.Is it possible to configure Fresh Chat so e-mail messages can be responded to directly inside Fresh Chat without having to copy and paste the original sender’s e-mail address into Fresh Chat?

Agent Cannot Send Emails

Good Afternoon, Please can you assist in this query. I have had an agent who is unable to send out any emails he receives. The agent is able to see the tickets be raised in FreshDesk, however is unable to respond to any of them as they are undeliverable. Please can you assist. I have deleted the user and re-added them however this has not resolved the issue. Any help is appreciated.As a follow up on this ticket - I then attempted to respond to this email however it is also undeliverable.

Going back to Chatbot after live chat session

So I’ve managed to integrate a simple FAQs in my chatbot, which allows the user to click the question, get the answer and then go back to the questions, but once the user starts a Live chat session with the Support team, they can’t go back to the bot FAQs.Is there any way I can make the customer go back to the bot FAQs after the chat session? Or how can I make the customer create a different session from his side and open Chatbot again.Thank you in advance to anyone who can help out.

Several months ago I was told by support that you will eventually be able to use your Contact Center number in Freshchat over SMS. Is there any info on when that will be available? SMS was an important part of my workflow before switching to Omnichannel and I would like to start using it again.

Can't access account settings

I haven’t logged into my account in a while and when I did so today, I had lost all access to the settings of my chat widget.I’m on the free plan and the only setting available to me is billing.I’ve no idea where all the other settings have gone. Re-entering chat session

I have the following issue: we’ve published a chatbot with a certain amount of flows which can be closed by the user himself. The session will be solved from that point and the chatbot will be shown minimized (so the user can still have acces to it anytime).However, when the user clicks on the minimized chatbot, no new session will start and the whole chatbot acts buggy (because we havent thought about ‘re-entering’ the session).We want to show the user the first flow again, but we don’t have an idea how to fix this problem.Does anyone know how to solve this?

Azure DevOps - Orch, random failed uploads

We are seeing problems with the Azure DevOps - Orch - add Attachment within a freshservice Automator flow.The attachment is visible in AzureDevOps but it changes the name of the Attachment in to number letter code for example:aaa11a11-11a1-a111111a1aaa (letters and numbers are fictional)In this way the delivered attachment can't be opened after downloadWhen you change the name of this attachment to the original name with extension added after downloading the attachment you can open it.Does anyone know how to resolve this? Hello there!So me and my team are supporting few different websites.We will have the chat widget branded for the each site, and we want to have different bots on each website.As the conversation bot is using topics and the topics are shared if the language is the same, I cannot seem to figure out a way to make different bots for the different websites.Is there a way to trigger bots or bot flows based on site id or is there any other way for me to achieve what we need?
